Near-perfect weather today, chances of a storm coming in mid-week


WHAT’S UP: We continue the fantastic weekend weather for one more day!
AND AFTER: BECOMING UNSTABLE — A few possible showers late Tuesday before possible more scattered rain showers Wednesday and possible heavy rain Thursday morning. The weekend also looks choppy with periods of rain developing into Saturday afternoon.

Storm Watch team meteorologist Matt Hammer says it will be another fine day today, but showers are coming mid-week.

TODAY: ALMOST PERFECT AGAIN! Mainly sunny to partly cloudy and warm with low humidity. Maximum around 80 degrees.

TONIGHT: Mainly clear to partly cloudy. Cool with lows around 59 degrees.

TUESDAY: Sun and clouds. Chance for a few showers after 4pm. Highs around 78. Lows around 65.

WEDNESDAY: Mainly cloudy with a chance of scattered showers. Highs around 77. Lows around 65.

THURSDAY: WEATHER TO WATCH — Moderate to heavy rain likely in the morning. Drier in the afternoon with the development of the sun. Highs around 78. Lows around 60.

FRIDAY: Partly sunny – high around 79. Low around 62.

SATURDAY: POSSIBLE WEATHER TO WATCH — Mainly cloudy with periods of rain developing well into the afternoon. Highs around 77. Lows around 62.

SUNDAY: Sun and clouds. Possibility of shower. Highs around 75. Lows near 58.
