In the Week 6 weather report, we’ll go over which games seem to have the strongest predicted wind gusts, possible precipitation and more. We will also give you the games where we should not you have to worry about the weather, that is, games you can choose in DFS without having an ulcer. Useful weather resources include the National Weather Service and Dark Sky, among others.

Worst Weather Games

There are a few games with 10-15 mph winds, but that shouldn’t be enough to cause much trouble. Overall, we are pretty clear this weekend. A cool front has hit much of the Midwest and Eastern United States, but that should just make it feel a bit closer to football weather.

Best time games

Baltimore Ravens vs. New York Giants

Temperatures will be in the mid 60s with no rain and winds around 6-8 mph. We see two rushed QB fights in the early games.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Miami Dolphins

Slight chance of rain in Miami, but very low. Winds will be around 10 mph and since the cool front hasn’t descended into Florida, temperatures will be in the mid 80s. We’ll see if the Vikings can avoid the cramps.

New England Patriots at Cleveland Browns

The wind will be around 10-15 mph, which is pretty calm for Cleveland this time of year. Temperatures will be in the mid 60s with sunny skies.

New York Jets at Green Bay Packers

This is probably our coldest game of the season so far as the highs will be in the mid 40’s and the wind will be 10-15 mph. This will not be a problem for these two teams from the North.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh will have no rain, while temperatures will be in the low 60s and winds will be 10-15 mph.

Arizona Cardinals vs. Seattle Seahawks

Beautiful weather in the PNW. No wind, no rain and temperatures in the mid-70s. Kyler Murray and Geno Smith won’t have to consider the weather for this one.

Carolina Panthers vs. Los Angeles Rams

Beautiful weather in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon. The wind will be light 5 mph, temperatures will be in the 70s and as usual no rain.

Buffalo Bills against the Kansas City Chiefs

There is a bit of wind in Kansas City, but nothing that bothers Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen at 10-15 mph. Temperatures will be in the mid 60s with no rain in the forecast.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles

This game has the best possibility of rain at only 25%. But with no wind and temperatures in the 50s, a few waterings probably won’t make much of a difference.

Denver Broncos vs Los Angeles Chargers

Temperatures will hover around 70 degrees, with no rain and 5-10 mph winds. No problem for Monday night.
