Another windy and warm day on Thursday

GREAT. WELCOME TO THE. YES, TOMORROW. I mean it’s going to be a stark change here. OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE BEEN SPOILED HERE THIS WEEK WITH THE 70S DO NOT FEEL LIKE NOVEMBER AT ALL WE HAVE CLOUD COVER YOU SEE ON MOST METRO RIGHTS NOW OUR SKY CAM VIEW FROM METHODS RUINS HOSPITAL I WANT TO WATCH TEMPERATURES 59 DEGREES RIGHT NOW HERE BEFORE 6 AM, THE SOUTHERN BREAK IS ALREADY HOWLING A LITTLE SUPPORT BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH. SO EVERYONE FIT IN THE OFF-SEASON HEAT. TEMPERATURES CURRENTLY ARE AROUND OR EVEN ABOVE WHERE NORMAL HIGH TEMPERATURES USUALLY ARE THIS TIME IN NOVEMBER, HIGH IN THE 50S. AND AGAIN TODAY THE WIND, WELL, WILL BE A FACTOR WITH GUSTS TO ABOUT 35 MILES PER HOUR ESPECIALLY THE FIRST HALF OF THE DAY. NOT QUITE SO STRONG IN THE AFTERNOON BUT STILL WINDY SOUTH AGAIN, WARMING UP TODAY, 1950s, LOW SIXties IN THE MORNING, 1970s IN THE AFTERNOON. SO YOU CAN WALK AWAY WITHOUT THE LONG SLEEVES, MAYBE JUST BRING THE WIND JACKET BY THE DOOR. MORNING. BUT THINGS WILL CHANGE HERE BY TOMORROW MORNING. YOU CAN SEE CLOUD COVER INCREASING OVER THE SOUTHERN HALF OF OUR VIEW IN NEBRASKA AND IOWA, LARGE STORM SYSTEM TO THE WEST. YOU MAY SEE SNOW ON THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS AT THIS TIME. COLD FRONT IN WESTERN NEBRASKA. IT’S HEADING OUR WAY LATER TONIGHT. WE’RE SO AHEAD AS WE CROSS MOST OF THURSDAY, AS WE CROSS LUNCH TIME STORE PICTURE. UPPER SIXTY. 70s PLOW. LOTS OF CLOUD COVER BUT LITTLE MATTER. IT WILL STILL HEAT A LITTLE MID 70S IN THE SUBWAY THIS AFTERNOON THE FRONT STARTS TO MOVE INTO THE VIEW BY LATE AFTERNOON SO CAN ONLY HANDLE THE 60S TOWARDS NORFOLK AND COLUMBUS BUT WE ARE DRY IN THE EARLY EVENING. BUT AFTER SEVEN 8:00 PM FRONTAL APPROACHES COULD GIVE JUST A FEW AFFECTED SHOWERS, NO WIDESPREAD RAIN AT LEAST AT LEAST. IT’S BEHIND THE FRONT. WE WILL SEE MORE WIDESPREAD RAIN, PROBABLY SEEN RUMLS OF THUNDER, MAYBE SOME HAIL TOWARDS THE KANSAS BORDER, BUT WIDESPREAD RAIN EXPECTED BY DRIVING HOUR FRIDAY MORNING, CONTINUING AS WE CONTINUE THROUGHOUT LONG MORNING HOURS CAN BE QUITE COLD WHERE WE SEE A BRIEF MIX TOWARDS NORFOLK, COLUMBUS AND WEST POINT SEEING ALL RAIN HERE AND WAY BEHIND THE SLIGHTLY WIDER PATTERN BRINGING HEAVY RAIN THE FIRST HALF OF THE DAY. I THINK WE WILL BE A LITTLE LIGHTER IN THE AFTERNOON. BUT REGARDLESS, WE WILL SEE THESE TEMPERATURES EVOLVING LITTLE. STAYING IN THE LOW TO MID 40’S THROUGHOUT THE DAY STILL EXPECTING A FEW STEADY SHOWERS FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS FRIDAY NIGHT THEN IT’S AFTER MIDNIGHT. COLD AIR IS COMING IN ADDITION TO HUMIDITY AND THAT’S WHEN WE CAN SEE A TRANSITION FROM RAIN TO RAIN SNOW AS WE COME EARLY ON SATURDAY. AND IT IS POSSIBLE NOW THAT SOME MUD ACCUMULATIONS DO NOT SEEM TO BE A LOT, BUT MAY CAUSE SOME IMPACTS IF YOU TRAVEL ON SATURDAY MORNING. BUT ANYTHING THAT STICKS WILL MELT IN THE AFTERNOON. WE WILL FIND THAT SUN. TEMPERATURES IN THE 50S. SO IT’S BIG SCALES AND TEMPERATURES THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND. REMEMBER, WE DROP ONE HOUR WHILE WE HEA
