Skies are mostly cloudy to overcast in Wisconsin. Otherwise, it is a quiet winter’s day throughout the region. Temperatures will remain seasonal, with highs in the 20s.
Our next meteorologist will arrive tomorrow. It’s another “Alberta Clipper”, which will bring us light snow. Most of it will fall NORTH of Green Bay where 1-2″ will be possible. Areas further SOUTHERN won’t see as much… Maybe a dusting with a touch of mist or icy drizzle. Tuesday’s severe weather forecast is LOW for slippery travel.
Another push of arctic air will arrive during the second half of this week. Thursday’s highs will be in the single digits with wind chills below zero.
We are also watching Saturday’s forecast very closely… After a series of snow showers early in the morning, the sky will be rather cloudy with highs in the 20 degrees range. Temperatures will drop through the teens with single-digit wind chills as the Packers take on the San Francisco 49ers. It will certainly be chilly at Lambeau Field for this weekend’s big playoff game!
