What goes better together than cardigan weather and Taylor Swift? It’s the damn seasonas the singer once said…
In honor of Swift’s new album, “Midnights,” which dropped at midnight Friday morning, NBC10 Boston weatherman Tevin Wooten released all the Swiftie stops with his Thursday afternoon forecast. It slotted into every song title – in order – of the new album.
“Just look at that happy sky. Days like today I’m seen as the hero, but earlier in the week I was sort of the anti-hero, when it rained we had thunderstorms,” said Wooten, name-check “Anti-Hero” after previously working on “Lavender Haze” and “Maroon.”
At the end of it all, anchor Colton Bradford had to make a dad-joke-worthy pun: “Thank you so much for a really quick forecast for us today.”

Taylor Swift makes rare comments about her relationship with her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn. In a new video posted to Instagram, the “Lover” singer announced the name of her new song “Lavender Haze” and explained how she has a unique connection to her love life. “My relationship for six years: we had to dodge weird rumors, tabloid stuff, and we just ignore it. So this song is about ignoring that stuff to protect the real stuff. Hope you like it,” did she say.
