A ridge of mid-level high pressure will keep our weather forecast dry today with a series of storm systems expected to move through our area tomorrow through Tuesday. North central Washington weather today will be mostly cloudy and warmer with afternoon high temperatures in the upper 40s.

The first weather system will move through our area tomorrow afternoon bringing a 40% chance of rain with high temperatures in the low to mid-50s. Mountain passes could see up to 12 to 18 inches of snow over the weekend.

We will see a small break from the rain on Sunday with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 50 degrees.

We are moving to a wetter weather scenario for the Monday through Thursday extended forecast. The largest storm system in the entire forecast moves in Monday, bringing an 80% chance of driving rain with afternoon high temperatures near 50 degrees.

Morning rain Tuesday then partly cloudy with highs in the 50s. Dry conditions generally return for Wednesday with partly cloudy skies and highs in the low to mid 50s.

Back to scattered rain showers on Thursday with a 30% chance of precipitation and afternoon high temperatures in the low to mid-50s.
