CHANCE OF RAIN Winds will shift to the southwest on Wednesday allowing temperatures to be near normal for the day. An increase in cloud cover is expected tomorrow, but the air appears too dry for measurable rain. Brighter skies should return by Thursday and Friday accompanied by a nice warm-up.
